Liverpool agree fee for young forward N'Guessan for next summer

Liverpool have agreed an initial fee with Saint-Etienne over a deal for 18-year-old forward Djylian N'Guessan to join them next summer.
There is still work to be done to reach a total agreement, but Liverpool are closing in on a deal for the teenager.
N'Guessan, who can play across the whole front line, made his senior competitive debut for St Etienne aged 16 in January 2025.
He has one year left on his current contract with the Ligue 2 club.

Fuseini to undergo Birmingham City medical

Mohammed Fuseini is due to undergo a medical at Birmingham City, after a loan deal was agreed with Union Saint-Gilloise.
Birmingham have an option included in the deal which allows them to buy the Ghana forward in a years time.
Fuseini helped Union St-Gilloise to a Belgium league and cup double last season, and has started this season strongly with two league assists and a goal in the Champions League. He was left out of the side that beat Anderlecht 3-0 on Sunday, with his move to Birmingham imminent.
The 24-year-old hit the headlines last month when footage of him being attacked by masked robbers went viral.
Forest complete 22m Munoz capture
Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Daniel Munoz from Crystal Palace.
The deal for the right wing-back is understood to be worth up to 22m.
Munoz, who is reunited with former Palace boss Oliver Glasner, has joined on a three-year deal with the option for a fourth.
Palace opened the door for the 30-year-old's exit by signing Anan Khalaili from Union Saint-Gilloise.
They secure a profit on a player they signed for 8.5m in January 2024.
Munoz has been a crucial player in Palace's Conference League and FA Cup triumphs.

Manchester City have signed Palmeiras winger Allan in a deal worth up to 34m.
Its understood City will pay an initial fee of 32m, with 2m in add-ons.
The 22-year-old joins has signed a five-year contract, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2031.

Gnonto granted permission to undertake Fiorentina medical
Leeds United have granted Wilfried Gnonto permission to have a medical with Fiorentina but will not sanction his exit without a replacement.
The 22-year-old is scheduled to arrive in Italy later today ahead of a proposed loan move with an option to buy. However, Leeds sources insist it is not a done deal.
Gnonto has been allowed to arrive in Italy in good time so that he is able to complete his move to Fiorentina before the deadline should Leeds sign a replacement.
Leeds are working on signing Mykhailo Mudryk on loan but Chelsea's insistence on the inclusion of a minutes guarantee provision has been a sticking point.
Daniel Farke is understood to be keen on the player. Leeds face competition from Strasbourg, the partner club of Chelsea in France.
Frankfurt in talks over Kalimuendo return

Eintracht Frankfurt are in talks with Nottingham Forest to re-sign Arnaud Kalimuendo on loan.
The striker was on loan at the German club for the second half of last season and they now want to do another loan potentially with an option to buy Kalimuendo permanently.
He was left out of the matchday squad on Saturday as Forest drew 2-2 at Liverpool.
Hull agree Thomas deal with Stoke keen on Millar

Hull and Stoke have agreed a deal in principle for Sorba Thomas but only if they can find an replacement.
Stoke are happy to accept their offer if that can happen.
Sky Sport News understands the fee is a guaranteed 7m rising to a possible 10m with add-ons.
In a separate deal involving the same clubs, Stoke are keen on a move to bring Liam Millar to the bet365 Stadium, but its thought Millar has a number of options he is considering - including remaining at Hull where he scored the winner in the Premier League game against Coventry on Saturday.
Birmingham and Middlesbrough are both in contact with Hull re Miller, we are told.
Hull agree Vagnoman deal

The club are now in discussions with the right-back over personal terms.
Hull are also planning to give a medical to Robinio Vaz, having put a deal in place with Roma.
The 19-year-old only just joined the Italian club from Marseille in January.
