Choudhury completes Sheff Utd return
Sheffield United have signed Hamza Choudhury from Leicester for an undisclosed fee.
The 28-year-old spent the second half of 2025/26 on loan at Bramall Lane, but has now joined permanently on a one-year deal.
Its understood the Bangladesh international was on his way to Derby after the clubs agreed a deal.
However, a late bid from the Blades resulted in Choudhury choosing to return.
Choudhury's association with Leicester comes to an end 21 years after he joined the Foxes as a seven-year-old.
West Ham announce signing of Norway U21 winger
West Ham have confirmed the signing of winger Edvin Austbo from Viking FK for an undisclosed fee.
The Norway U21 international has signed a four-year deal in east London, with a 12-month option included.
Director of player recruitment Nils Koppen said: Edvin is a player we have tracked closely for some time and we are very happy to bring him to West Ham United.
He has made very impressive progress and built strong experience in Norway, and there has been a lot of interest in him across Europe.
We believe he has the right attributes, strengths and potential to be successful in English football. He is a quick, energetic and intelligent player, who will bring another positive option to our attacking profile."

LAFC are closing in on the signing of Swansea midfielder Leo Walta.
Its understood the clubs have agreed a loan deal, with an option to buy, for the Finland international.
Walta, 23, joined Swansea in February from IK Sirius on loan with an obligation to buy for 3m.
However, he has fallen down the pecking order at the Welsh club, who have invested in that position this summer with the 6m signing of Elijah Just from Motherwell and 3.4m signing of Stephen Eusaquio from Porto.

Juventus are one of at least three clubs interested in signing Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee before tomorrows deadline.
Juve are believed to be one of the frontrunners for his signature and are prepared to offer a season-long loan with a 25.6m option to make the move permanent.
Juventus are also understood to have alternative targets to strengthen their forward line but Zirkzee is a name to watch in the next 36 hours as he has attracted interest in England and abroad.
Serie A side Fiorentina were in talks to take Zirkzee on loan but have now decided to pursue Evertons Beto instead.

Mikey Moore is heading to FC Koln ahead of a season-long loan.
The deal is a straight loan with no obligations or options to buy him permanently.
The loan is seen as crucial for his continued development.
Moore is very excited by the move, which has been on the cards for most of August.
The winger has been encouraged by first-team opportunities at Spurs over the last few weeks, but Mohamed Kudus has returned from injury and Dejan Kulusevski is getting closer too.

'Full-back signings at Liverpool unlikely - but situation is fluid'

"Its unlikely at the moment. What Im told in regards to further incomings ahead of that deadline is its quite a fluid situation.
"I understand the argument in regards to the full-backs, because Liverpool have effectively got two attacking full-backs but in terms of productivity on the offensive side of things, its way below what we got from the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson.
"Liverpool will say theyre well-stocked when it comes to cover in the full-back areas because theyve got [Kostas] Tsimikas back after his loan spell away last season, so is able to cover [Milos] Kerkez at left-back.
"At right-back, [Ronald] Araujo has come in and not only is he a centre-half, he can cover at right-back as well. Joe Gomez and Conor Bradley are coming back to fitness and Giovanni Leoni will cover once again at centre-half.
"They have options at the back and its not necessarily seen as a priority at the minute.
"As a caveat to that though, further incomings on top of [Bradley] Barcola is dependent on potential outgoings, not just in the defensive area, but look at the situation Cody Gakpo finds himself in.
"We know Liverpool have had discussions over him potentially moving to Man City, but that is very much dependent now on Barcola coming in and another potential target as well.
"We know of their interest in Ismaila Sarr at Crystal Palace, and [Yankuba] Minteh at Brighton as well."
